Joined because:	I noticed that you were inviting people to ask Jimmy Wales questions. I am also trying to develop a system to mine social networking sites and am hoping I'll find some one to help me. Thirdly and perhaps most importantly, it looks like I'll learn about new things here.
Bio:	Education: High school - science major, with English and German. College - philosophy major, with English and Hindi. Work - research on print media companies in America and the UK - (July '06 to present); research on the web medium, and the movement of traditional media content, online (July '06 to present); editing a fortnightly (January '07 to present) figuring out internet tools and businesses (May '06 to present) Other qualifications: Expert cyclist (in heavy, unruly traffic); can make a stone skip right across a still water body, further than (almost) anyone and make friends with animals easily. Also, I can find almost anything for free download on the net. I like: to read (print and online, although these days it's mostly online...) music (recent discoveries) - Tom Waits (The piano has been drinking...not me), Salif Keita (Dakan fe), Taj Mahal (Ain't gwine to whistle dixie) and Michel Tello (Barrio beats)
