For most Webophiles, the benefits of Wiki technology seems clear. But, most examples center on the private sector. What happens when the government gets involved? U.S. intelligence agencies have become involved in the open source movement with Intellipedia. Is this a good thing? Or, is it even possible to have "open" technology in an area of life dependent on secrets?
