More than fifteen years of marketing/communications experience working in various industries to include: private equity investment, high tech, news media, real estate, and non-profit. Experience includes: marketing collaterals, strategic communications, media relations, public relations, investor relations,web design/development, and journalism.

I'll be a high school graduate as of 10 June this year. I've done publications all through high school (yearbook and school paper) and it's always been an idea of mine to go into Journalism, until I learned the yearly income for journalists near my location.

My interests include, not unlike too many other people my age - learning languages, surfing blogs, WordPress, music, magazines, and general young adult whatnot.

My hobbies vary wildly from week to week, but blogging and collecting Japanese stuff are pretty much guaranteed to be on the list.

I like participating in crazy, zany, silly, weird web events like blog-a-thons, web-inspired holidays, and other web-based activities. I'm actually one of a very lucky few high school students that are cyberschooled.

SellaBand has recently welcomed the 21st artist to reach the threshold of $50,000. Ellie Williams, a British singer songwriter made a record in reaching the budget. She needed exactly 50 days to reach the $50,000 target. Since SellaBand launched in August 2006 more than $2,000,000 has been invested by music fans from over 100 countries. SellaBand is now often dubbed record company of the future. I never really thought SellaBand would grow the way it did. I started the company because a good friend of mine makes amazing but very new music and I thought to myself that at least 5000 people would love his music on a global level. Apart from music I have a great love and interest for african culture, and history. I'm very much into boxing and dancing. I've been taking salsa classes for more than two years and I still can't really do it, but it's all good. Music is the weapon.
