A Beaverton Valley Times story from 3/16/07 says Von Erck testified for Oregon's House Judiciary Committee Monday 3/19/07 during a panel titled “Introduction to Issue and Operation Cybersting."

A commenter on that story claims "Von Erck" is pseudonym and that perverted justice is a a pseudonym) "a gang of Internet vigilantes." That commenter, Terrence Chicote, refers readers to the site, Corrupted-Justice.com.
