"Wise Crowd" evaluation blank

Eight questions to ask about a "wise crowd":

1. What kind of problem is being solved?

2. What is the intended output of the group's efforts?

3. How are individual decisions aggregated into the group output?

4. What is the group's level of cognitive and conceptual diversity?

5. How independent are group members from one another?

6. To what degree are group members acting on local and specific knowledge of a problem?

7. Identify and quantify the incentive for members to participate.

8. Do group members have anything at risk as a result of their individual decisions? Or the group's decisions?
