[IMO the draft mentions 'withering criticism' of Cz, but a) needs to tone down the hyperbole (namely "direct collaboration of the masses...is absolutely good and absolutely right.") and b) needs to say what the criticism is. Especially Shirky's - perhaps this:] "...Shirky, who predicts that "policing certification [of experts] will be...a huge time-sink" and that Citizendium's editorial issues "will probably prove quickly fatal".

"assumed [WP's] content was generally credible." -> "assumed - rightly in most cases, but not all - that its content was credible."
[the linked study estimated that 13% of WP articles had errors]
